How we work:

We offer a standard next day service, (But will provide a same day Rapid Response Service at the request of the customer):

Our technicians will arrive promptly at the customers address, where the technician can establish the correct method for treating the problem. He will also advise the customer of any findings and any further actions that may be required for total, long term infestation control.

Rat & Mice - Problems require a minimum of 3 visits to ensure eradication. Our single payment of £99 remains the only payment you make no matter how many visits it takes!

Wasps (and Bees) nests - Our price is £45, for this Pestguard will guarantee the work carried out will destroy the nest. If required the technician will remove the nest if it is accessible. Where the nest is above gutter height and 2 men and a ladder are required the price is £75. 

Crawling Insects Including Ants & Cockroaches- Require the infested area to be treated with a residual insecticidal spray or dust. We treat the whole of the wall/floor junction of the property as well as the infestation. Our prices start from £45, for larger areas (large detached houses) or the need to drill into cavity wall to destroy the Ants nest, will incur an extra charge of £25. Cockroach infestations may need a specialist bait, prices on request.

Bed Bugs -  We treat the room/infested area with a residual insecticidal spray and growth regulator. The price is £70. Where a smoke bomb is required there is an extra charge of £17.

Fleas, Biting Insects Whole House Treatment - We treat the whole house with a residual insecticidal spray and growth regulator. Our prices are based on: Terraced House £55, Semi Detached House £65 and Detached House £85, this may vary on larger properties or if a smoke bomb is required (see above).

Rabbits & Moles - Each rabbit burrow or mole hill treated with a Phostoxin tablet, for up to 30 tablets the price is £99. Follow up visits are included in with the price.

Squirrels - Are usually found in loft spaces, where capture and proofing is required, to prevent any further access. Our price is £45 to survey and deploy the cages and £25 per visit to collect and remove the squirrels (more than one visit may be necessary)

Birds - Usually require some form of proofing to prevent any further access and therefore a free survey is offered.
